WA’s first private cyclotron service, Cyclowest, is pleased to announce the placement of an order for a fully shielded GE 890 PET-trace for their Perth facility. Thanks to GE, our external consultants, the Cyclowest management team and Cyclowest board for the work so far in getting the project up and running.

Dr Michael Schaper (BA MCom PhD) has agreed to join the board of Cyclowest as the inaugural independent chairperson. Dr Schaper is based in Canberra and brings a wealth of small business, entrepreneurship, academia and governance experience to the Cyclowest board.

Share subscription in Molecular Technologies – holding company of Cyclowest- successfully completed. Share offer oversubscribed. A number of local, interstate and international investors (mostly specialist doctors) invested over $6 million AUD in this capital raise for Cyclowest.

The inaugural AGM of shareholders will be held on October 30, when board composition will be ratified.

We welcome Dr Stephen Firmer and the team at APC, who have been chosen via a competitive process to be lead GMP consultants on the project. APC have recently completed the GMP facility at Liverpool Hospital, Sydney NSW.

DA approval to build facility obtained from the Town of Bayswater.
